Terms of Use

Both parties, hereinafter "The Parties," agree to enter into this commercial agency agreement for the ABCe-win promotion, in accordance with the following clauses:

1. Purpose and Territory

The Agent will act as a non-exclusive commercial agent for The Company for the promotion and sale of products within Spanish national territory.

2. Obligations

The Agent undertakes to promote the products diligently, following The Company's instructions, without the authority to enter into contracts on its behalf.

3. Remuneration and Payments

The Agent will receive a commission of €100 for each valid sale made. Payments will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided there has been no return or withdrawal, and will be made by bank transfer via BBVA.

4. Duration and Termination

The contract will be valid for the duration of the promotion. Either Party may terminate this contract at any time by written notice.

5. Promotion Conditions

Valid in Spain. The use of a promotional code provided by another participant is mandatory. The use of one's own codes is not permitted. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers and is subject to stock availability.

6. Confidentiality and Data

The Agent will keep The Company's information in strict confidence. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD.

7. Commercial Communications

The participant agrees to receive commercial communications from ABCe Mobility Store SL related to promotions, news, and offers. This consent may be revoked at any time.
